5 x one to one Kettlebell or Boxing sessions
Two great but different training disciplines to help with fitness & all over body conditioning.
These sessions help improve strength, core, general fitness and gives you an insight into PMA Personal Training.
Kettlebell Training is metabolic conditioning fitness that works a range of muscles, helps with calorie burn and fat loss.
Boxing Fitness enhances cardiovascular fitness, improve total body strength, decreases stress and overall workout.
These sessions are 45 minutes, so advise would be to arrive early before your session to warm up and so we can go straight into the workout.
You have the option of being measure and weighed to monitor your progress weekly.
