Calculate Your BMI
BMI - Body Mass Index is a measure of body fat using a height to weight ratio. Use the table provided to work out YOURS. This is used mainly in the medical profession and something that some Personal Trainers use. *NOTE; This reading is not a true reflection for an individual who is extremely athletic and muscular simply due to the training programs they follow. A 1lb of fat is a 1lb of fat and a 1lb of muscle is a 1lb of muscle - BUT muscle is DENSER than fat! To be more specific to you and your training Kerrie's PMA Fitness has many other methods that they use to determine Body Fat the use of calipers and Bio Impedance scales.
