Kerrie’s PMA Personal Training and Fitness is qualified to take Kids Fitness between the ages of 5 yrs and 15 yrs old.
Sessions can be taken in a group or on one to one.
Children work out less and less these days and its time to get them moving again and back outside playing instead of on their smart phones or laptop.

Kerrie’s PMA Fitness runs a Bootcamp twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday at 9.45am and your little ones are welcome.
